What sessions do you offer?
I provides sessions EFT (tapping) sessions, we also offer a combination of life coaching and somatic healing via EFT tapping.

How do EFT sessions work?
EFT sessions are held on Zoom, for these sessions you must have your camera on as work face to face, tapping together. We work by first discussing your issue and I will ask questions to help us hone in the root cause of this so we can address it. We then work through the session by tapping in rounds. The tapping points are all on the upper body and hands so you need to be seated for your session. We check in on the issue after each round, ebbing it away slowly and gently to avoid the overwhelm of any strong emotions. If there are issues that are very difficult for you to address I can employ a number of techniques to ensure that you feel comfortable and safe as we release these issues in a way that does take you back into the issue and the memory.
Why do you need an emergency contact for EFT sessions?
What qualifications do you have?
I am an EFT International Accredited Practitioner, have a Teachers Diploma in Meditation recognised by The Guild of Holistic Therapists and BABTAC and am a fully qualified Life Coach certified by AQA.
I am fully insured.
Do you do sessions for people abroad?
Yes, all sessions are held online. I can work with for anyone anywhere. I am based in the UK and have clients here, the USA, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan and all across Europe! I offer a variety of different time slots to accommodate clients from all over the world. All booking times shown are local to your time zone. If you cannot find a time slot that works for your time zone please drop me a message with your time zone and ideal day of the week you would like a session and I will work with you to arrange something.
Are you an inclusive practitioner?
Absolutely. I welcome anyone from any background and have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of discrimination or bigotry. When booking a session you are able to give me your pronouns and also advise me of any other requirements that will ensure you feel safe and comfortable during your time with me.
I want to book a session but I’m nervous.
While I understand that some people are nervous I would like to reassure you that I am here to help you on your journey and there is nothing to be afraid of. I'm very compassionate in my approach and will deliver all messages with gentleness and tact and support you as you process your emotions. If you are nervous please just let me know as I can ensure I address any concerns or use specific tools and approaches designed to help those who may feel more anxious.
My goal is to help you move through what is blocking you, if I see there are any blindspots, I will always raise them gently and support you and help you move through any points that may prevent you from reaching your goals.
