The “Company,” “We,” “us,” and “our” refers to all services and online content provided by Stay True Creative Productions and staytrueintuition.com
“User,” “you,” and “your” means customers, users and visitors to our site and associated social media platforms.
You must be over 18 to book any of our services.
EFT sessions are available for adults and children, however bookings for under 18s can only be made with the permission by a parent or legal guardian.
All readings must be deemed for entertainment purposes only, as per UK law.
Refunds are not available for any booked session. Zoom readings, EFT and healing sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at a cost of £10 administration fee.
All sessions are for the allotted time only. If you choose to over run (you will be notified) you will be charged an additional feel.
Readings: £1.60 per minute. EFT: £1.80. Energy Healing session £2.30 per minute. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the payment link for the additional time being sent.
If you are late to the start of your reading, EFT or energy healing session that time will be deducted from your session so we are not late for my next booking. There will no refund or offer of replacement time if you are late.
Follow up emails and correspondence cannot be entered into. If you wish you ask follow up questions you need to book a follow up session.
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any booking for any reason.
Readings are not to be taken as any kind of financial, legal or medical advice and must not be used in place of any professional advice or support.
You accept full responsibility for all actions taken following the engagement with, purchase of or use of any of the site or services provided by Stay True Intuition, and accept that you fully indemnify Stay True Intuition from any claims, legal fees, liability, loss or damages, (including, without limitation, physical, mental, spiritual, indirect, incidental or consequential) and or costs following the booking or purchasing any and all services or products from this site.
You agree that these sessions are strictly on a client / consultant basis. We cannot enter into any interpersonal relationship or correspondence outside of the sessions. You agree that you will not seek out information about our personal or private life and will not attempt to add or follow us on our private or personal social media platforms, nor ask for personal details such as address or phone numbers outside of that is used for the correspondence for Stay True Intuition.
Cancellation fees will be waived for exceptional circumstances such as illness or other such unavoidable situations. This is entirely at our discretion.
If we are unwell or are unable to attend the session at the agreed time for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a replacement session at an alternative time.
We will ensure that all booked sessions are held at the agreed time wherever possible and that moving the session will only occur when this is unavoidable in the case of health issues or emergencies.
We agree to treat all clients in a warm, professional and non-judgemental manner.
By engagement with or booking of any product and or service provided by Stay True Intuition you accept full responsibility for consulting a doctor or appropriate medical professional before you undertake and kind of somatic or spiritual healing provided by us. You acknowledge and accept that these holistic services are in no way a replacement for professional healthcare and are classified as complementary only. You agree and accept that these services in no way offer a cure or promise of a successful treatment or any illness, ailment or issue.
We are not liable for any and all action taken by you following any information, insight or guidance shared on the site or in a one-to-one session, digital download or online course.
‘You’ accept that any healing done for a 3rd party does not guarantee a specified outcome, as that person has free will and all these services are offered unconditionally to that person
All services are provided in good faith and with integrity designed to help you in the best way possible. If at the start of a session for any reason we cannot fulfill the service in a way that is appropriate of necessary for you we will inform you and a full refund will be offered.
