These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the website located at www.staytrueintuition.com, including all associated content, services, and products (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is owned and operated by Stay True Intuition (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Access to the Website and use of any services are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, together with all policies, rules, and procedures published by the Company, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

By accessing, browsing, booking, purchasing, or otherwise using the Website or any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and services.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stay True Intuition and all services, digital products, and content made available via staytrueintuition.com.

“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual who accesses, visits, books, purchases, or otherwise uses the Website, services, or associated platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or engage with any services.

EFT services may be provided to minors only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian and the assent of the minor. The Company reserves the right to refuse service where such consent or assent is not adequately established.

3. Nature of Services

All readings are provided for entertainment purposes only.

No service provided constitutes financial, legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Services must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care of any kind.

All somatic, energetic, spiritual, and complementary services are non-medical, non-therapeutic, predictive in nature, and provided without representation, warranty, or guarantee of outcome.

You acknowledge sole responsibility for consulting appropriate qualified professionals prior to engaging in any complementary or holistic services offered by the Company.

4. Bookings, Fees, and Payments

All sessions are booked for a fixed duration.

Where a session exceeds the booked duration at your request, additional time shall be charged at the following rates:

Readings: £1.60 per minute
EFT sessions: £1.80 per minute

All additional charges must be paid in full within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance of a payment request.

5. Timekeeping

Late arrival by you shall result in a reduction of session time without refund, extension, or rescheduling.

Where the Company is delayed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, session time shall be extended accordingly.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

All bookings are final. Refunds are not provided.

Sessions may be rescheduled no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time, subject to a £10 administration fee.

Any waiver of cancellation fees is granted solely at the Company’s discretion and does not establish precedent.

Where the Company is unable to deliver a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement session will be offered. No other remedy shall apply.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate services at its sole discretion.

Where the Company determines that a service cannot be delivered ethically, appropriately, or safely, the session shall be terminated and a refund issued. This shall constitute the User’s sole remedy.

The Company retains full editorial discretion over the publication, moderation, or removal of reviews, testimonials, or feedback.

8. Confidentiality and Recording Restrictions

All sessions are conducted via secure online platforms and are deemed equivalent to private, in-person consultations.

The Company shall take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised third-party access and follow all local data protection guidelines to ensure compliance and security of your data to all reasonable limits and expectations.

Where recordings are provided by the Company, such recordings:

Are for personal use only
Remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company
Are provided via password-protected links
Are deleted after fourteen (14) days

You are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or sharing any session, communication, or content, in whole or in part.

Any personal information or experiences disclosed by the Company are confidential and may not be disclosed or used for any purpose beyond the session context.

Any breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

9. Follow-Up Communication

Follow-up correspondence is not included in any service. Any additional engagement requires a separate booking.

10. Professional Boundaries

All services are provided strictly within a professional client-consultant relationship.

Any attempt to establish personal contact, request private information, or engage outside official business channels is prohibited.

11. Equality and Ethical Standards

Services are provided without discrimination.

The Company provides insight honestly and without inducement, embellishment, or assurance of outcome.

12. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability

You assume full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from use of the Website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including but not limited to physical, financial, emotional or spiritual) arising from your use of the services.

13. Third-Party and Surrogate Healing; Release of Liability

All third-party healing, surrogate healing, or energy work conducted on behalf of another individual is undertaken on a strictly unconditional basis and without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of outcome, effect, or behavioural change. You expressly acknowledge that all individuals retain full free will and autonomy and may choose whether, how, or if they respond to any energetic influence.

You accept and agree that no specific result, reconciliation, communication, emotional shift, physical manifestation, or life outcome is promised, implied, or guaranteed as a result of any third-party or surrogate healing services.

By purchasing or engaging in such services, you expressly release, waive, and discharge Stay True Intuition from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs of any kind—whether direct or indirect, actual or alleged—arising from or related to the absence of a desired result, perceived lack of effectiveness, or actions or inactions of any third party.

You further agree not to hold Stay True Intuition responsible or accountable in any way, shape, or form should the service fail to produce a specific or preferred outcome, and you accept full responsibility for your expectations, interpretations, and subsequent actions.

14. Good Faith

All services are provided in good faith.

Where a service cannot be delivered ethically or appropriately, a refund shall be issued as the sole remedy.

15. By booking a session using a prebook code, you agree that full payment must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time in order for the session to proceed. Any session that has not been paid in full within this timeframe will not be honoured and may be released. By securing your booking, you also agree to honour the appointment as scheduled. In the event of an unavoidable circumstance preventing attendance, standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
