Intake forms may include sensitive information related to health, wellbeing, or personal historySession notes may be recorded in minimal handwritten form for the purpose of fulfilling the serviceRecords are retained for seven years after the completion of the contract, or for minors, six years after their 18th birthday

All personal information shared during readings, EFT sessions, coaching, or other services is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with Jersey Data Protection Law 2018.
Confidentiality will be maintained at all times except in the following circumstances:
Where there is a reasonable belief that you or another person may be at risk of serious harm
Where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation

Where disclosure is necessary to prevent or reduce the risk of abuse, neglect, or serious safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult
Where information is required by relevant authorities in connection with criminal activity
In such circumstances, only the minimum information necessary will be disclosed, and disclosure will be made in good faith and in accordance with applicable legal and ethical obligations.
